Khama Billiat Inspires Mamelodi Sundowns To Thumping Of Supersport United

Khama Billiat struck a brace and an assist to lead Mamelodi Sundowns thump Supersport United 5-nil in an Absa premier league match on Thursday 13 April at Loftus Stadium.

The 26-year-old Zimbabwean scored in the 44th minutes to increase Sundowns' lead to 4-nil after Clayton Daniels's own goal in the opening 7' minutes, Themba Zwane (18') and Mzikayise Mashaba's 26th minutes goal after a clever backheel pass from Billiat.

The Zimbabwean star hit the back of the net again in the 65th minutes to register his brace and seal a 5-nil win for Sundowns after going five games without a win.

Billiat who was later named man of the match, dedicated the award to the loyal Mamelodi Sundowns fans for their patience and support.

"This award goes to the fans who have been supportive during the team's rough patch and I hope this is the beginning of a good come back," said Billiat.
