Kundai Benyu Scored A Late Second Half Equaliser To Earn Aldershot Town F.C A Point

Sensational England-born Zimbabwean, Kundai Benyu pulled Aldershot Town F.C from the jaws of a home defeat with a late second half equaliser to draw 1-all against visiting Torquay United F.C on Saturday 8 April in a league match at EBB stadium.

The 19-year-old rising star scored from a 22-yard free-kick in the 76th minutes to level the score-line for The Shots who were trailing 0-1 from the first half after Keating's 33rd minutes strike to put United in the lead.

Benyu's goal proved vital as it mantains Aldershot's unbeaten run and puts them fifth on the log table with 72 points from 42 games.

It is the young midfielder's fifth goal in less than five months at Aldershot Town, becoming one of the best ever signings in the club's history.
