Zim Warriors Drawn Against Usual Suspects In Group B Of COSAFA Cup Tournament

Zimbabwe Warriors will play Swaziland in the quarter finals of the COSAFA Castle Cup tournament to be hosted in North West province of South Africa from June 25 - July 9 if they manage to top group B where they are drawn along Seychelles, Madagascar and Mozambique.

The Warriors will open their tough Group B encounter against Mozambique on the 26th of June before facing Madagascar and Seychelles on 28 and 30 June respectively.

Defending champions South Africa will wait to play the quarter finals against winner of Group A that includes Angola, east African guest nation Tanzania, Mauritius and Malawi in the regional showpiece tournament.

The other two quarterfinals see Botswana take on Zambia in a titanic battle and 2015 winners Namibia play Lesotho in another COSAFA Castle Cup classic clash.

As in the last two editions, the losing teams in the quarterfinals will enter the Plate competition.
