Cuthbert Malajila Could Leave Sundowns Before The Transfer Window Closes Down

Zimbabwe and Mamelodi Sundowns forward, Cuthbert Malajila could be on his way out of Chloorkop before the transfer window shuts down next week.

The 31-year-old Absa Premiership double Champion, who was loaned out to Bidvest Wits soon after winning the premier league championship with Masandawana at the end of 2015/16 season before subsequently clinching the title again with Wits in the 2016/17 calendar - has been a target of several clubs in the current transfer window.

Malajila hasn't featured in Mamelodi Sundowns line-up this season with a source within the club revealing to that a move is imminent for the Zimbabwean goal-poacher.

"There is an offer currently on the table for the player, he might leave the club this season definitely. But let's wait until next week," said the source refusing to devulge much information on the proposed move.

It is now to be seen wether Mamelodi Sundowns will accept the deal or keep their forward for the 2017/18 season.
