Matthew Rusike Still On The Hunt For A Club After Leaving Club Africain

Zimbabwe and former Club Africain forward, Matthew Rusike is still searching for a new club after leaving the Tunisia-based side in June because of delayed payment of wages.

The 26-year-old former Kaizer Chiefs and Swedish side - Helsingborg IF forward who signed a two-year contract with Club Africain in January 2017, left the club at the end of June after failing to receive his monthly wages in time.

Rusike who enjoyed a blistering start with Club Africain, scoring five goals in his first four months at the club, has been long reportedly linked to several clubs in North Africa but nothing has materialised yet.

It is believed the forward has now set his sights on making a return to the Scandinavian league with the player recently tweeting - "I need to get my *ss back to Stockholm (Sweden)" - where he is now based.
