Knox Mutizwa Strikes Again As Thomas Chideu Scores On His Debut For Golden Arrows

It was an all Zimbabwean show at Princess Magogo stadium as Golden Arrows drew 2-all to visiting Polokwane City in an Absa premier league match on Saturday afternoon.

The action began early in the first 11 minutes with former Highlanders and Bidvest  Wits forward, Knox Mutizwa scoring Golden Arrows' equaliser after Polokwane City took the lead in the first 7 minutes of the game.

The 23-year-old striker, headed home a cross from far side to score his 3rd premier league goal of the season for Arrows and level the scoreline to 1-1 against Polokwane City, before former Ajax Cape Town youngster, Thomas Chideu came in from the bench to score his first goal on his first official appearance for Golden Arrows after joining in as a free agent on 3 October 2017.

The 21-year-old Chideu was introduced in the 76th minute of the game to mark his premier league debut for Abafana Bes'thende (who were now trailing 1-2) - before scoring in the dying minutes of the game to force a 2-2  draw against Polokwane City and save their unbeaten run record in the league this season.

Golden Arrows are on 2nd position on the log with 15 points from 9 games.
