Onismor Bhasera Could Return Soon For Supersport United!

Zimbabwe-Warriors and Supersport United roving left-back, Onismor Bhasera could return to action for Matsatsantsa in end-November to early December after a long lay-off with injury.

The 31-year-old former Bidvest Wits and Kaizer Chiefs defender who suffered a hip injury in Supersport United's CAF Champions League match against TP Mazembe in July is close to full-fitness after undergoing surgery.

A source close to the player revealed to Soca263.com that Bhasera has already started lite training and could be available for selection when Supersport United returns to premier league action at the end of November.

"Bhasera has been working hard to recover from injury and could be available earlier than expected," said the source.

Bhasera had been given up to early December to regain full-fitness by the club's medical doctors and his early return could be a big boost for both Supersport United and Zimbabwe-Warriors.

The overlapping left-back recently revealed his desire to continue playing for the national team saying that he still has more to contribute.

"I have no doubt that I will be able to contribute meaningfully to the national team if given the chance. I still feel I have a couple of years to play ahead of me,” said the 31-year-old Bhasera in a recent interview with Zimbabwe's Manicapost.
