Tinotenda Kadewere To Play In UEFA Cup!

Zimbabwe-Warriors forward Tinotenda Kadewere will play in the UEFA Europa cup for the first time next season after his side, Djugardens IF registered an emphatic 0-2 win away to Kalmar F.C on Sunday to finish on third spot in the Allsvenskan League log table.

The 21-year-old lanky forward whose contract with the Swedish side runs until December 2019, will be looking forward to showcase his talent in the widely covered UEFA Europa League competition next year after Djugardens IF's good run this season - finishing 3rd with 64 points from 30 matches.

Kadewere only played 10 league matches for Djugardens IF this season - 4 starts and coming from the bench 6 times- with 2 goals and 10 assists, due to injuries and sickness. The youngster is determined to come back strong next season.

It will be Kadewere's first UEFA Europa League competition in his career after a 3-year period in Sweden. Djugardens have participated 7 times in the European Cup/UEFA Europa League having last featured in the competition in 2008.
