Orlando Pirates To Decide On Nyasha Munetsi

South African premier league giants, Orlando Pirates are set to make a decision on  Zimbabwe youngster, Nyasha Munetsi's next step in his professional football career after beginning the season on the sidelines.

The 21-year-old highly rated midfielder who spend 2016/17 season on a successful loan stinct to Baroka F.C, failed to complete a move to Ajax Cape Town in the previous transfer window due to a failed medical.

The Urban Warriors pulled out of a deal to buy Munetsi in the last minutes of August tranfer window after an MRI scan showed the youngster to have a major hip problem.

Soca263 sources revealed that Munetsi, who signed a multi-million - 5-year deal with Orlando Pirates in 2016 from FC Cape Town, is beleived to have fully recovered after undergoing surgery, and will be waiting on a decision from the club on his future.

"He has been training with the team, he is still a Pirates player and the decesion lies with them (Orlando Pirates) on his next step," said the source.

Munetsi's name was not included on the Buccaneers' 2017/18 season list at the beginning of the season despite the team insisting that the player is still part of their plans.

It remains to be seen whether Pirates will decide to hold on to their multi-million rand younster or they will decide to sell him.
