Katsande Is A Big Bully : Pitso Mosimane

Back in the days, the usual wear and tear of playing football was hardly noticed. Players would stomp their feet if they found out it was broken and continue playing. You'd only get sent off if you went after someone with a hatchet - these were the famous words of English football manager, Harry Redknap.

Today diligent, hardworking and tough as nails players like former Manchester United skipper, Roy Keane or Zimbabwe legend Kaitano Tembo, would scare the living daylights out of the modern day player.

Zimbabwe and Kaizer Chiefs hardman Willard Katsande could be one of the most intimidating players in the Absa premiership, according to Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane.

Mosimane was left emotionally frustrated by Katsande's tough, uncompromising and brave perfomances in Mamelodi Sundowns' nil all draw against Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday.

"We knew [Willard] Katsande would come and kick, but we said we must kick him back because he bullies everybody. He is a big bully," said Mosimane

I instructed [Tiyani] Mabunda: ‘If he kicks you, kick him back. If he gets away with it, you will get away with it.’”

Beside making opponents feel uncomfortable with his hard approach to the game, Katsande has remained one of the most consistent and respected player in the league.
