Tinotenda Kadewere Back With A Brace!

He is back!! And he is brilliant, Zimbabwe-Warriors forward, Tinotenda Kadewere started the Swedish competitive top flight football season in style as he banged a brace to help Djurgardens IF win 6-0 against Degerfors in Svenska Cup group stage match played on Monday night.

The 22-year-old former Harare City forward was the hero of the night after scoring Djurgadens' 4th and 5th goal in the 51st and 54th minute, successively to increase the lead before Haris Radetinac follow suit with his second of the night in the 90th minute to complete a 6-nil haul of Degerfors and register first win in the group stages of the tournament.

Kadewere is looking sharp and ready to take his career to another level after struggling in the previous seasons due to injuries. He only featured 10 times last season and scored two goals in the process.

Djurgardens will play their second match away to Frej on Saturday 24 February before playing their third and final group match on 3 March at home to J-Södra.
