Here Is How The Warriors Could Line Up Against Zambia's Chipolopolo

Zimbabwe-Warriors coach Sunday Chidzambwa has a huge task ahead of him today as he prepares to line up his best men to feature against big rivals Zambia's Chipolopolo in a semi-final battle in Ndola at 18:00hrs.

Chidzambwa will have to rely on his past experiences to come up with his first eleven today, as he did not have time to train with the rest of his squad.

Due to a tight schedule,  the Warriors were supposed to have a 30 minutes training in the morning, but they failed due to heavy rains in Ndola.

Chidzambwa who is not new to his semi-final opponents, knows very well the huge task at hand as they face perennial rivals, Zambia Chipolopolo who are currently having one of the best sides in Africa.

Playing Zambia in front of their football crazy fans is definitely not a walk in the park, and Chidzambwa could be tempted to line up all his reliable arsenal this evening.

George Chigova, who has been appointed vice-captain together with Ovidy Karuru under the captainship of Marvelous Nakamba, is the definite first choice goalie, having had an outstanding season so far with Polokwane City.

The central defence could be marshalled by Teenage Hadebe and Praise Tonha with Adam Chicksen and Cliff Moyo occupying the left and right flanks respectively in Mhofu's favourite 4-4-2 formation.

Marvelous Nakamba, Marshall Munetsi, Talent Chawapiwa and Alec Mudimu could be started in the midfield with Chawapiwa and Mudimu operating on the wide areas.

The striking force role could be assigned to in-form Djurgardens forward, Tinotenda Kadewere and Supersport United's Evans Rusike.
