Young Tinashe Chakwana Reignite His Goal Scoring Form At Burnley Under-23s With A Brace Over QPR

Wigan-born Zimbabwean young forward, Tinashe Chakwana reignited his goal scoring prowess for Burnley development squad as he bangs a brace to help Burnley win 3-1 to QPR in the English professional development league on Monday night.

The 19-year-old talented forward, who was born in England to Zimbabwean parents, stroke first in the 41st minute to double the Clarets' lead after assisting Ntumba Massanka with the team's first goal in the opening 17' minutes and go to halftime leading by 2 goals to nil.

Chakwana completed his brace in the 56th minute after slotting home from inside the box to give Burnley a convincing 3-0 lead and register his name on the score sheet after a long period of dry spell.

QPR got their consolation in the 88th minute before Burnley defender Dean Marney was red carded in the 89th minute, seemingly for dissent, but it ended 3-1 for Clarets as they earn their third win in five matches to keep alive their hopes of finishing above bottom spot.
