Saturday Round Up: Billiat, Bonne & Mutizwa On Target Whilst Chirambadare And Benyu Get Minutes!

What a Saturday it was for few of our international stars, Khama Billiat highlighted the day as he led Masandawana to their eighth premier league title with a goal and assist in their 1-3 win over NFD bound Ajax Cape Town followed by Knox Mutizwa's brace for Arrows and a goal for Macauley Bonne in Leyton Orient season finale.

Khama Billiat was at his best again for Mamelodi Sundowns as he scored in the first 11 minutes of the game to level the scores for Masandawana who were trailing 1-0 after Ajax Cape Town's opening goal in the 2nd minute.

The 27-year-old star who is on his way out of Masandawana at the end of season, was in handy again 17 minutes later with an assist as he won a penalty which Ricardo Nascimento converted to double the scores for Sundowns.

Masandawana completed their 3-1 win over Ajax in the 35th minutes with a goal from Sibusiso Vilakazi to extend their lead on top of the table with seven points and only a game left to play, confirming their eighth premiership title.

Khama Billiat has now scored eight league goals in 16 appearances for the team this season, making him the player with the best goals per game ratio in the league. It is his 3rd title in his 5-year tenure at Masandawana.

In another Absa premiership action, Knox Mutizwa scored a brace in Golden Arrows' 3-2 win at home to Platinum Stars.

Mutizwa (24) opened the scoring in the 18th minutes before completing his brace in the 79th minutes to seal a 3-2 win for Arrows in a nail biting encounter

The former Highlanders and Wits forward has now scored seven league goals in 25 appearances for Abafana Bes'thende.

Macauley Bonne sealed his fantastic season for Leyton Orient with a beautiful goal as the Os hammer Gateshead 1-3 away in their season finale.

Bonne (22), opened the scores in the first 17 minutes before McAnuff and Karoma added the tally to 3-0. Gateshead scored their consolation in the 90th minute through a penalty kick to end the match 1-3 win to Os.

The In-form Warriors forward has scored a massive 25 goals in all competition for Leyton Orient who finished the season on 13th position with 60 points from 46 matches.

Zimbabwe Warriors and Celtic youngster, Kundai Benyu, resurfaced in the first team at Oldham Athletic, where the youngster played full game and put out a decent performance as the team survive relegation zone after a 0-0 draw at home to Doncaster Rovers.

Benyu (20) has been on the sidelines ever since he joined the Latics on a one year loan from Celtic in January, appearing only twice now this season for Oldham Athletic.

Another rare sight was witnessed at Kaizer Chiefs, as the 'forgotten' Edmore Chirambadare came in the 79th minutes for Joseph Molangoane in Amakhosi's incredible 2-0 win over team of the moment, Maritzburg United.

Chirambadare last featured for Kaizer Chiefs in October last year against Polokwane City and has made only five league appearances this season.
