Alec Mudimu Secures Europa League Qualification With Cefn Druids!

Welsh-based Zimbabwe Warriors defender, Alec Mudimu secured Europa League Qualification next season with Cefn Druids after beating Cardiff Met FC 1-0 in the European League Play off final on Sunday afternoon.

The 23-year-old midfielder who was recently converted to a defender in the national team, is gauranteed to play his first European Football next season after James David's solitary goal sealed a 1-0 win over Cardiff to secure a place in the Europa League next season.

Mudimu has been in phenominal form for Druids this season playing a total of 27 league matches, scoring eight goals and seven goal assists earning the best player of the season accolade at the club.

The hard-working midfielder was also selected in the Welsh Premier League Best Eleven of the season to cap off a fantastic debut season with Cefn Druids.

On top of a European football ticket, Cefn Druids have also picked up €220 000 in price money for their win.
