Zimbabwe Warriors Hopeful Reiss Nelson Completes Hoffenheim Loan Move After Signing New Arsenal Contract!

Zimbabwe Warriors target, Reiss Nelson has took a step further into his career by joining German Bundesliga outfit TSG Hoffenheim on a season long loan after signing a new long-term contract at Arsenal.

The 18-year old English-born teenage sensation who is being tracked by Zimbabwe Warriors technical team to convince him to represent Zimbabwe Warriors on national level, joined Knowledge Musona's former German club TSG Hoffenheim on a one year loan deal after signing a 3-year contact extension with his parent club Arsenal.

The talented attacking winger has featured 16 times for the Gunners since he made his debut for the club last season.

Arsenal manager Unai Emery believe Hoffenheim loan move will strengthen Nelson as a player.

“Reiss is a talented young player. This move to Hoffenheim will give him the chance to get regular high-level competition in the Bundesliga and is an important step in his development. ," said Emery

"It’s a good chance for him to take minutes in and play, then come back with us because I think he is signing a new contract with us."

Nelson will wear jersey number nine at the Bundasliga side where they will compete in this season's Champions League competition.

Hoffenheim have been drawn alongside English Premier League giants Manchester City, Shakthar Donetsk of Ukraine and Olympique Lyon of France in Group F of the UEFA Champions League.

Reiss is born to an English mother and a Zimbabwean father, which makes him eligible to represent Zimbabwe Warriors since he has not yet been capped by the English Senior side in an official competition.
