Saturday Action Wrap: Double Birthday Present For Bonne, Billiat With A Consolation Goal In SA Derby And Kevin Lunga Bags Another Goal in Germany

A lot of Zimbabwe foreign based stars were in action this Saturday with three of them finding the back of the net for their respective clubs.

Macauley Bonne, who turned 23-years on Friday gave himself a fitting present by scoring a brace in Leyton Orient's 4-0 win at home to Havant & Waterlooville in the English National League on Saturday.

The in-form Leyton Orient forward found the back of the net in the 18th and 59th minutes respectively as they register a convincing win to bag three more points at home.

Bonne who is still to submitt his application for a Zimbabwean passport to feature in the AFCON qualifyers, is in red hot form for Orient this season scoring 12 goals in 17 appearances.

In Germany, Kevin Lunga Jnr is continuing with good form in the Regionalliga West after bagging another goal in his team's 0-2 away win to FC Kaan-Marienborn.

The 24-year-old attacking midfielder cum striker opened the scoring for SV Rondinghausen in the 77th minutes before Simon Engelmann sealed a 0-2 win for the visitors in the 86th minutes to book the whole three points.

In South Africa, Khama Billiat scored his first Soweto derby goal to a losing cause after suffering a 2-1 loss to Orlando Pirates on Saturday.

Khama Billiat drew first blood in the first 15 minutes of the game to score his fourth league goals of the season before Innocent Maela cancelled Amakhosi's lead in the 29th minutes.

Orlando Pirates who were boosted by the presence of Zimbabwe Warriors rising star Nyasha Munetsi who played full game, sealed a 2-1 victory in the 33' minutes through Vincent Pule's goal

Munetsi has so far started in three league matches for Pirates this season, and could become a regular soon-if his Saturday's performance is anything to go by.

In Zambia, Tatenda Mkuruva who has regained first team position, played full game for Buildcon  as they lost 0-1 at home to Power Dynamos.

Walter Musona played 65' minutes for Polokwane City as they win 1-0 at home to Maritzburg United, Chigova is expected to resume training later next week.

In Belgium Marvelous Nakamba started for Club Brugge and was substituted in the 66th minutes as they draw 2-2 away to Sint Truidense VV on saturday
