Tinotenda Kadewere Suffers New Injury Blow!

Zimbabwe's French based forward, Tinotenda Kadewere has broken down again! The newly signed Le Havre forward will most certainly postponed the date of his return to competitive football after hurting his thigh muscle in training.

The 22-year-old former Swedish-based Warriors striker who has only just returned from a prolonged period out with a knee injury that prevented him from making his Le Havre debut, picked up the latest knock during his team's training session last week and was scheduled for a scan.

Kadewere joined the French Ligue 2 side from Djugardens IF in July 2018 after an impressive start to the season with Djurgadens IF where he had scored eight goals in 12 appearances for the Swedish based side before he was sidelined for ten weeks with a serious knee injury.

The Zimbabwean could have hoped to mark his debut for Le Havre against RC , on Saturday 27 October after returning to full training with the rest of the squad earlier last week, but his latest injury set back could see Le Havre fans waiting a little bit longer to watch their new signing in action.

No time scale is known yet on how long he will be missing, although the injury is suspected to be a minor knock.

Le Havre coach will hope that the Zimbabwean, who has a catalogue of injury misfortunes, will be back sooner to rejoin the squad.

Kadewere is automatically out of Zimbabwe Warriors's back to back Afcon qualifier against the DR Congo on the 13 and 16 October in Kinshasa and Harare respectively.
