English born Zimbabwe Warriors defender, Adam Chicksen has returned to full fitness as they play host to pacesetters, Portsmouth FC on Saturday, two months after fracturing his fibula tendon.

The 27-year-old who joined Bradford City last season, is in line to make a return to the first team's match day squad later on today after successfully nursing his thinner calf bone- which connect the ankle to the knee and help stabilizing the ankle.

"I feel fit and have worked very hard to get myself back in shape since getting injured," said Chicksen speaking on his club website.

With his club going five matches without a win during his injury absence, the Zimbabwean left-back who is in line for his official Warriors debut, is eager to come back and help his team.

"The current situation hurts me and it has been hard to look on from the medical room," said Chicksen.

"The results have not gone our way and that has played on my mind.

"It gives me more fire in my belly and I will stop at nothing to help turn things around. I will run until my legs fall off, even if the gaffer wants me to do 90 minutes.

Bradford City are currently anchoring at the bottom of the English League One log table with 10 points from 16 matches.
