Warriors Target Reiss Nelson Flourishes In German As He Is Crowned Bundasliga Rookie Of The Month Of October!

Born in England to a Zimbabwean father and an English mother, Reiss Nelson is taking the Bundasliga by storm after he was voted the league's rookie of the month of October, bagging three goals in three matches for TSG Hoffeinheim.

The 18-year-old winger who joined Hoffenheim on a one-year loan from Arsenal in August, is having a time of his life in the German top-flight league, scoring six goals in seven Bundasliga appearances  for Hoffeinheim so far this season.

Nelson claimed Rookie of the Month award which is given to a player who is younger than 23 at the start of the campaign and who hasn’t played in the Bundesliga before the current season, after netting three goals and one assist in three league appearances in the month of October.

The Zimbabwe Warriors target has become the second teenage after Kylian Mbappe to have scored more goals so far in the Europe’s top five leagues.

Zimbabwe Warriors technical team are still struggling to establish contact with the youngster to try and convince him to play for Zimbabwe national team.
