Leicester City Joins Race For Leyton Orient Hot-Shot- Macauley Bonne!

Former English Premier League Champions, Leicester City have joined five other EPL clubs who have shown interest in Leyton Orient and Zimbabwe Warriors striker, Macauley Bonne.

The 23-year-old Ipswich-born forward , is a wanted man in England with both Championship clubs and top English Premier league clubs queuing for the former Young Warriors star's signature after hitting a purple patch in the English National league.

English Championship clubs' pursuit of Bonne were rocked as Leicester City joins Newcastle United, Crystal Palace, Fulham and Huddersfield Town on the list of clubs chasing Bonne's signature which is now estimated to the value of around £500k.

The Sun Assistant Sports editor Phil Cadden reported that Leicester City are leading the race for the red-hot forward who is tipped to be the next 'Jamie Vardy'- the original rags to riches story after topping non-league scoring charts to become one of English premier league's top scorers.

Bonne's interest started last season after scoring 25 goals in his first season at the O's, but the Zimbabwean chose to remain at the club extending his contract with another two year-deal in August 2018.

This season Bonne has managed to emulate if not already surpass his incredible goal scoring form of last season scoring 17 goals in 24 league appearances so far.

.It remain to be seen weather O’s boss Justin Edinburgh will be prepared to let go off his valuable asset in the coming transfer window as the forward continue to flourish at the club.
