Zimbabwe Rising Star Andrew Rinomhota In Line For English Premier League Experience!

British born Zimbabwe youngster, Andrew Farai Rinomhota is in line for a great experience of a life-time as his Championship side Reading FC were drawn against English Premier League giants Manchester United in the third round of the FA Cup.

The 21-year-old attacking midfielder who turned in a man-of-the match performance on his full Championship league debut in Reading's 3-2 win over Bristol City early November, has hit the road running at the Royals making seven English League Championship appearances, three assists and two man-of-the match awards so far this season.

Having started the last five games for the Royals in the league, the central midfielder is excited at the prospect of playing against some of the best players the Premier League has to offer.

"The thought of going to Old Trafford, playing Manchester United, one of the biggest clubs in the world, in front of 70-odd thousand people - that'll be massive and a whole experience in itself," said Rinomhota in an interview on his club website.

"I was brought up supporting Manchester United so it's always been there for me to want to play at Old Trafford, and hopefully now I'll have the chance."

Besides the experience of rubbing shoulders with some of the World's best players, it will also be an opportunity for the Zimbabwe Warriors hopeful to showcase his talents on a big stage.

"I think everyone's massively up for it but, obviously, the league comes first and we'll be focusing on that up until the cup game.

"It's something that's going to be on people's minds, and we're looking forward to it a lot.

"Everyone wants to get the result, do well for themselves and give a good account against good quality opposition," said the talented midfielder.

The date and time of the fixture which is due to be played at the Old Trafford stadium early next year, is yet to be announced.

Meanwhile in another FA Cup draw that was conducted on Monday, Tendayi Darikwa will get the feel of the Premier league action once again as his side Nottingham Forest were pitted against another EPL giant, in Chelsea F.C.
